Confusion Strike (コンフュストライク Konfu Sutoraiku , lit. "Confu Strike"), also dubbed as Confusing Strike or Confu-Strike, is an ability or technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to perform an attack that may confuse enemies.
It allows the user to perform a spinning attack that will confuse some foes.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Confu-Strike is an enemy card effect that causes the user's attacks to confuse enemies at a certain rate. It costs 65 CP to add to the deck and lasts for 50 attacks. While Confu-Strike is in effect, the user is resistant to fire, ice, lightning, and special attacks.
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Confusion Strike is a Basic attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 25%.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Confusing Strike is an attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 14 seconds.

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
- The Zexion enemy card has Confu-Strike as its ability.
- The Black Fungus enemy card can randomly activate Confu-Strike.
- The Darkside enemy card can mimic an enemy's Confu-Strike.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Aqua can obtain Confusion Strike in a chest in Maleficent's Throne Room.
- Terra, Aqua, and Ventus can create Confusion Strike through Command Melding.
- Confusion Strike can be purchased from the Moogle Shop for 450 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.

Confusion Strike is an Basic-class Attack Command that can be melded through three different recipes, listed in the Attack Recipe.
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type O recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
- Confuse (LV2) + Strike Raid (LV2)
- The second recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type G recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
- Quick Blitz (LV2) + Confuse (LV2)
- The third recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type K recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
- Sliding Dash (LV2) + Zero Gravity (LV2)
