Perma-Plight is an ability available in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Perma-Plight makes it so if your health is low, (meaning you can hear a loud beeping noise), than you will no longer be able to heal yourself. If your health is low but there is no beeping sound, you can still restore your HP. It is the worst possible ability in the game.

Perma-Plight is only available by equipping the Master's Circle.
