The Sleeping Lion (スリーピングライオン Surīpingu Raion) is a Keyblade given to Sora by Leon before the second trip into Space Paranoids in Kingdom Hearts II. It is also one of the types of Keyblades left at the Keyblade Graveyard.
Design
The blade and hilt appear like the Gunblade wielded by Squall in Final Fantasy VIII. The tip and token are lion-heads, reminiscent of the Griever from Final Fantasy VIII.
In Combat
Because of the +5 strength bonus and Combo Plus ability, this keyblade is quite useful with Valor Form throughout the entire game.
Other Media
Sleeping Lion is one of the Keyblades packaged with the Series 1 Play Arts Figures Final Form figure.
