The Sleeping Lion (スリーピングライオン Surīpingu Raion) is a Keyblade given to Sora by Leon before the second trip into Space Paranoids in Kingdom Hearts II. This keychain is the equivalent of the Lionheart keychain from Kingdom Hearts.

Appearance
The blade and hilt appear like the Gunblade wielded by Squall in Final Fantasy VIII. The tip and token are lion-heads, reminiscent of Griever from Final Fantasy VIII.
Trivia
- Sleeping Lion can be seen in the Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ secret ending, Birth by Sleep, after Aqua casts Reflect on Terra.
- Because of the +5 strength bonus and Combo Plus ability, this keyblade is quite useful with Valor Form throughout the entire game.
