Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Wind Storm is an attack command that has a memory consumption of 15% and a reload time of 15 seconds. It allows the user to wrap himself in wind, then deal multiple hits with a somersault attack, dealing Aero-type damage.
In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Wind Storm is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 7 special attack gauges to perform. It deals exceptionally powerful hits and restores 3 special attack gauges.
