Follow the Wind is the Keychain from Kingdom Hearts II which represents Port Royal. It also appears in Re:Chain of Memories.
Appearance
The guard looks like a ship's wheel. The blade is axe-like or anchor-like in appearance while the key chain is one of the gold medallions as well as the middle area.
