The Jungle King is a keyblade from Kingdom Hearts. It is gained automatically through the storyline when locking the heart of Deep Jungle; the world where Tarzan lives. While not the greatest Keyblade, its long reach does prove useful against fast Heartless as well as Heartless attacking in large groups. Jungle King is notably the first Keyblade Sora receives after the Kingdom Key, and the only Keyblade from the original game to not appear in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.

Appearance
The motif of the keychain is that of a blue jungle butterfly with orange/peach wing-tips, tied to a slim jungle vine, which is connected to the handle of the keyblade via a carabiner. The handle is fastened with purple and brown leather strips and the keyblade itself seems to be carved from a single piece of wood. It has two thorn-like spikes protruding from the handguard, one on each side of the shaft. Its two extra teeth provide a longer reach.
Trivia
Although this keyblade did not appear in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories the original screenshots and magazine articles showed Sora using it in certain battles. The entire episode in the Deep Jungle was taken out due to the estate of Edgar Rice Burroughs still holding copyright over "Tarzan" and not permitting Disney to re-use it, and hence, the keyblade was dummied out and can only be access with the via Game Shark accessory for the Gameboy. However, on some game review sites, screenshots show Sora in battle with a Jungle King attack card shown at the top of his deck.
