The Staff is the weapon of choice for Donald Duck. In Kingdom Hearts, these are generally divided between rods, which give Donald MP bonuses and enhance his magical strength, and hammers, which enhance his physical strength at the cost of his maximum MP.
Sora is also able to temporarily wield a staff while within his Dive to the Heart, if he chooses the Dream Rod.
