Superglide (スーパーグライド Sūpāguraido), written as Super Glide in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It is an advanced form of Glide, and it allows the user to glide through the air at high speeds by pressing and holding

- Sora learns Superglide after defeating Chernabog at the Evil Grounds.
Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
- Sora learns Super Glide in the Room of Rewards in Castle Oblivion's 13th floor.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Only Ventus can learn Superglide from a hard to reach treasure chest in the Raceway area of Disney Town. The Area can be reached after progressing through Pete's Rec Room: The player arrives on top of a building high above the Raceway. Here, many Unversed spawn, including the rare Prize Pot. The actual chest is located on the other side of the area, visible from the first building, and is only reachable by Gliding, quickly Air Sliding, or executing a number of Slide Dash Commands.
