When Ventus uses Superglide in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, the air around him ripples and becomes visible due to his high velocity.

Superglide (スーパーグライド, Sūpāguraido), also parsed as Super Glide, is a skill introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It is an advanced form of Glide, and it allows the user to glide through the air at high speeds.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts, Superglide is a shared ability. It is used by pressing and holding in midair.

In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Super Glide is a movement ability that can be used by Sora. It is used by pressing and holding in midair, in the Japanese release.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Superglide is a movement command that can be used by Ventus. It is used by holding in midair, and it has a maximum level of 4. It also allows the player to move through rising slopes without needing to land.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Superglide is a movement command that can be used by Sora. It is used by holding in midair. It grants +10 to maximum HP and +1 to Defense when attached to a Dream Eater recipe. It also allows the player to move through rising slopes without needing to land. Supergliding will disable the use of all commands until Sora lands.

• Sora and Riku can purchase Superglide from the Ryu Dragon Ability Link for 10 Link Points.
