Colons
Why are you bolding the colons?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 18:37, 23 February 2018 (UTC)
- Well, at first, I was following the examples found on other articles with citations using the colons, but after seeing THS's edit on the Keyblade Armor page, I started to notice that there were very few pages that also had the colons bolded, too. There isn't a uniformed style to do on the KHWiki, so I just decided to go one or the other, and decided to bold the colons, because why not? It doesn't look bad or anything, so I don't see the problem with bolding it. Really, I just want everything to follow a precise format like other wikias do, because the way the KHWiki does things is a bit sloppy because our MoS needs a serious update. If it's bad, you can always revert it. Whether the colons are bolded or not isn't a big deal.--NinjaSheik 18:59, 23 February 2018 (UTC)
- The preference has been to not bold the colons, as the bolding is used to illustrate the speaker, not the punctuation."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 17:49, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
Janitor rights
Hey, just to clarify, I wanted to give up bcrat rights and authority, not janitor rights. I was still hoping to be able to delete/move pages as necessary."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 22:16, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
Porplemontage demoted you after you announced retirement, as it seems like you were leaving the KHWiki to focus more on RL. So, do you return to the staff as a mod, if you wish to delete/move pages? You never mentioned this when you announced retirement, hence the confusion.--NinjaSheik 19:53, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
- I want to be able to do basic cleanup when I get the chance to visit. I don't want to be a mod, in charge of corralling editors, protecting pages, etc."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 16:50, 1 March 2018 (UTC)
Template talk
You are the one that should be informing the anon of our rules and policies, not me."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 18:18, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not the only admin on the KHWiki, you know. ^_^; All of us explained the rules and policies to the anon user already. Everyone is just reiterating them at this point and dragging the conversation out.--NinjaSheik 20:50, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
- The anon is still introducing edits that are not in line with policy, though."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:04, 13 March 2018 (UTC)
- Aren't TSH and KSM monitoring the situation? They're admins, too, so I figured since they're actively participating in the conversation that if feel if the anon user is getting out of hand, they would have done something about it. I haven't been keeping a close on it since I knew two admins were already dealing with it.--NinjaSheik 18:05, 13 March 2018 (UTC)

Retirement
Hey Ninja! Just letting you know that I'm declaring retirement, so I'll need my rights removed. Thanks in advance, and take care! :D Chainoffire 05:41, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you for letting me know. :) I'm sad to hear you've retired, but I understand. I hope to see you from time to time once KHIII comes out. Thank you for all your contributions on the KHWiki! You were a very model user! Best wishes! :D--NinjaSheik 21:23, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
Impulse Flame
it's broken"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 20:36, 13 March 2018 (UTC)
- Don't worry, I fixed it. But I don't get why you're telling that to NinjaSheik and not putting it on the page's own talk page. TheSilentHero 18:23, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- @THS: My thoughts exactly. I went back and looked at the anon user's contributions, and I did noticed that some of the boxes had an error, but I had no idea what was wrong with it since A.) I didn't do the coding for it, and it was never my forte. B.) All the parameters looked to be filled out correctly, and only a few had this issue. Anyway, thank you, THS! :D--NinjaSheik 19:11, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- NS was the last one to touch it, and I assumed that she'd be editing other pages as well."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:37, 23 March 2018 (UTC)

facade
As far as I can find, "facade" is a perfectly acceptible English spelling."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:35, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
- Yeah, I know, but considering they're both valid spellings, I prefer "façade" with the cedilla, considering it is a French word, and it helps with pronunciation by emphasizing the /s/. I use the spelling that's closest with the words' origins rather than the English variant of it since the English language doesn't really use diacritical marks like in other languages do. So, rather than "cafe", I prefer "café", and I prefer "naïve" than "naive". Both are acceptable, so I don't see why I shouldn't use it. I mean, it's the same word, same meaning, but using the diacritical marks keeps the word more authentic to its origins and helps with pronunciation.--NinjaSheik 19:55, 23 March 2018 (UTC)

Happy Birthday! And Happy Easter! TheSilentHero 16:31, 1 April 2018 (UTC)

Destiny Islands
How came you removed the fact tags? As far as I'm aware, the original video does not show these things at all, so they either need to be cited to an in-game/interview quote, or storylinked."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 22:13, 23 May 2018 (UTC)
Layout
This is what I see:
If the image is on the right: [1]
If the image is on the left: [2]
This is why I think it should be on the left. My monitor resolution is 1920x1080. What's yours? I imagine this is only a problem on higher resolutions. Soroxas (talk) 21:51, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- This is what I see. What browser are you using? I use Chrome. This could be because of an issue with your browser, as I had the problem previously before clearing my cache and speaking with our wiki's developer for assistance. You might need to do the same.--NinjaSheik 22:23, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
- I use Firefox. As I suspected, it seems you're using a laptop or something. I'll ask again, what's your resolution? It should show you if you right click on your desktop wallpaper, go to Screen Resolution, and the two numbers are there. Mine is 1920x1080. Soroxas (talk) 11:21, 23 June 2018 (UTC)
- 1366X768, its default setting. I don't mess around with the resolution of any computer or laptop, and I've accessed the KHWiki on school computers before, and the format comes out exactly the same as seen on my laptop. The only time it gets messed up is due to the coding on the wiki that makes the infoboxes show its other components from the drop-down, pushing the format out its regular position. I'm not sure this is a KHWiki problem or a user's problem, but if users are experiencing issues with how the KHWiki is displayed as a default, then it should be reported. Again, you might to talk to our resident developer and see how to fix this problem. Please see Porplemontage for assistance. As far as I know, no one has made complaints with how the format looks.--NinjaSheik 20:10, 23 June 2018 (UTC)

Discord discussion
Hey, Ninja, how's it going? Hope you're having a good day. I wanted to invite you to our Discord channel to discuss some things, because there are ears in the wikitext. I know you've said before you didn't want to make an account, but there's actually a way to join without one; I've got the instructions in my yet-to-be-completed Discord page. Anyways, hope you can join us! KeybladeSpyMaster 19:11, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks, KSM. :) I'm fine, though a bit busy with summer cleaning and other personal projects. How're you? I'm in there now as I'm writing this reply, but since I'm unfamiliar with Discord, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. ^_^; I'm gonna need some help with this. Good to know that I don't have to create an account. It's going to take me some time to get familiar with Discord's layout and the like. Always know I'm happy to chat. Just pop me a message on my talk page and when I reply, we can schedule a meeting time. I don't go to Chat unless someone requests it, and it's important to consider timezone differences, so...yeah. Thank you for telling me. :D--NinjaSheik 19:27, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
Disney
From what I understand, Disney actually owns the series, with SE as developer."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 16:12, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
- Wait, seriously? But isn't Kingdom Hearts is classified under SE as part of their property? That's been my understanding and knowledge of it, anyway. They're the ones actually writing and creating the series since it's a Japanese video game series with collaboration with Disney because the use of Disney characters and worlds. Well, whatever. Ugh, this is confusing.--NinjaSheik 21:27, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
friendly wave!
(As opposed to, like, an unfriendly wave I suppose.)
Just wanted to drop a line and say hi, and I hope you're doing so well, here and otherwise. Gonna try to poke my head around here a bit again - hope you love the game, when you get it. --DTN 20:16, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
DTN! Long time no speak! :D I hope you're doing well. I'm glad you're back on the KHWiki. We could certainly use the help with KHIII coming out worldwide tomorrow, and things are going to be pretty busy for the next month or so. I hope you have fun playing the game, too!--NinjaSheik 22:59, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
KHIII Cast
On the talk page for KHIII presently I have posted the links on Youtube I found days ago to help with confirming the cast for the game. Wanted to let you know if you wanted to help and it will also help confirm most of the characters that appear in the game. (excluding the ones that have no dialogue. -Adv193 (talk) 16:52, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
- Got it. Thanks for telling me. I'm going to work my way through KHIII in the coming days. The KHWiki is going to be really busy for the next month or so, but I'll do what I can.--NinjaSheik 22:34, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
Trophy/Achievement
Do you have any ideas for namely the Achievement point area for the XBox Achievement points for KHIII on the talk page? If that and other template setting issues are dealt with I can deal with setting it up for KHIII. I also posted some links on the Talk: Trophies page. -Adv193 (talk) 19:15, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
- I haven't barely began going through the game, but a question like this should be brought up on the Trophies's talk page and have the members, who are done with the game, discuss it over there. Also, if you're going to add content for the story sections of the characters' articles, please make sure you write in-universe.--NinjaSheik 20:38, 31 January 2019 (UTC)

Quick question about policy
As the title says, I'm wondering what the policy is for game titles as headers (or what's it called) in the story section for characters and worlds. Sometimes the headers will just be black letters and other times they'll be blue and linking to the actual game. Xion's page is an example of this. Coded and KH3D have their headers linking to their respective games while 358/2 Days and KH3 doesn't. Does it have something to do with how much a character appears in certain games? If so how is it useful that some of the headers link while others don't? I'm just curious. Also, is there a page on this wiki where stuff like this is explained? - Joseph Thorn Dalton XCV 22:33, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- For the headers, I'm not sure about it myself. I do think should be linked, but I think most of the editors forgo it. You might wanna ask someone else. And yes, we do have a MoS, though it is a bit out of date and a new draft is currently in the works.--NinjaSheik 22:19, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- I'll hear with someone else. Thanks! - Joseph Thorn Dalton XCV 22:39, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- I hope you don't mind if I butt in, but I think I know the reason behind it. Games in headers are only linked if they aren't linked before. For example, Xion links to Days in the lead, so the Days header doesn't need to be a link. But the lead doesn't mention coded and 3D, so they are linked. KH3 is the exception, but it's been recently added, so it's most likely forgotten. TheSilentHero 22:54, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- Great! Thanks a lot! - Joseph Thorn Dalton XCV 22:57, 21 March 2019 (UTC)

Captions
Sorry about the tense in the captions, I'm really forgetful sometimes. My brain is strange in that it can take a while for me to not only remember things, but also put them into action. I'm not trying to annoy you or anything. I'll try to remember. Soroxas (talk) 22:47, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
