One of these even uses Xigbar's Arrowguns, who at the time, basically faked his defeat and death. Which makes these guys very different. As this version of Scala ad Caelum is created through Xehanort's memories by making him into a portal, wouldn't that make these guys something more along the lines of representations of his various selves?
