The Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories manga is the second series of the Kingdom Hearts manga. It was based on Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, although having a much lighter tone. The series was first released in Japan in October of 2005. The series had an English release in October of 2006, concluding in February of 2007. The first English release consisted of two volumes and was translated by Tokyopop. The series was re-released by Yen Press in the Summer of 2013, now compiled into a single volume.

The first volume's cover, including the single Yen Press release, features Sora with the Keyblade, Donald, and Goofy. The second volume's cover, exclusive to the Tokyopop release, features a Soul Eater wielding Riku standing next to Naminé, who is holding a Paopu Fruit.
