MP Haste (MPヘイスト MP Heisuto ) is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to recover MP more quickly.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts, MP Haste is a support ability that increases the rate at which MP is recovered when the user attacks enemies. It costs 3 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts II, MP Haste and its advanced forms, MP Hastera (MPヘイスラ MP Heisura ) and MP Hastega (MPヘイスガ MP Heisuga ), are support abilities that increase the restoration speed of the MP Gauge during MP Charge, with MP Haste increasing it by 25%, MP Hastera by 50%, and MP Hastega by 100%. MP Haste costs 3 AP to equip, MP Hastera costs 4 AP, and MP Hastega costs 5 AP.

- Sora learns MP Haste at level 15 with the Dream Rod, 45 with the Dream Sword, and 63 with the Dream Shield.
