Peter Pan appears in all of the games in the Kingdom Hearts series. He originates from the original Disney movie Peter Pan. In the story, he is the leader of the Lost Boys in Neverland, a world where children never grow up. Of all the Lost Boys, he is the only one who can fly without having to use pixie dust. His fairy Tinker Bell often hangs around him, no matter where he goes.
Appearances
Kingdom Hearts
Peter Pan appears in Kingdom Hearts trying to find his friend Wendy from the grip of Captain Hook and befriends Sora, Donald and Goofy, who are in search of the King, Riku and Kairi (who are also on Hook's ship). Later, he gives Sora the Tinker Bell summon gem.
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
He appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories as a fragment of Sora's memories trying to save Wendy from Captain Hook.
Kingdom Hearts II
He appears in Kingdom Hearts II as a summon after Sora obtains the Feather Charm. The Feather Charm is only obtainable during the second visit to Port Royal after defeating the Grim Reaper heartless the first time.
In battle
Peter is an excellent sword fighter who carries a dagger with him, and his ability to fly gives him the added advantage, making him elusive and hard to defeat. When fighting, Peter uses his ability to fly to reach higher enemies. Focusing more in agility than strength, he uses little to no abilities, often using Hummingbird, a fast attack that dives him like a screwdriver while doing his well known clucking. He is accompanied by Tinker Bell, a character who was summonable in the last game. She will revive Sora once should he be knocked out.
Trivia
- He and Simba are the only two characters who have been featured as both summons and party members throughout the series.
- Since he appears as a summon, it can be inferred that his world has been destroyed, which is the ussual criteria for a person becoming a summon
