Kingdom Hearts IV is the upcoming title in the Kingdom Hearts series. It is part of the Lost Master Arc and was officially announced at the Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary event on April 10, 2022.[1]
Development
Kingdom Hearts IV's existence was leaked as part of a list of games on September 12, 2021, when a user was able to access Nvidia cloud gaming service GeForce NOW's internal database.[2] Nvidia would acknowledge the leak list of games, however the games presented in them were speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing and not an actual confirmation or announcements of the games. The game was officially announced at the Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary event on April 10, 2022 with a teaser trailer of the game being in development.
