Mega Flare is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. It allows the user to summon a fireball that creates a massive explosion that heavily damages all enemies on-screen, dealing fire damage.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Mega Flare is a Magic Sleight that can be used by Sora. Sora casts a fire bullet that causes a huge explosion upon hitting an enemy. In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Sora causes the explosion directly, without needing to hit an enemy first.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Mega Flare is a Simple Type Finish command.
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Mega Flare is an Ultimate magic command that takes up two slots in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 6 and a normal reload time of 50 seconds,[1] and fills the Command Gauge by 55%.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Mega Flare is a magic command that uses two slots in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 46 seconds.
