When striking a target, it creates a sphere of glowing red lightning, the same color as Interdiction.

Interdiction is a military term, as an action to divert, disrupt, delay, or destroy the enemy's surface military potential before it can be used effectively against friendly forces. The word also means "punishment". The Japanese name, "Forbidden", refers to something that is not allowed or banned.

GameplayEdit

Interdiction's ground combo consists of a single slash from left to right, a double slash from right to left, and the launching of four blades along a vertical arc. A  -Combo can be activated after the double slash, to make Xemnas launch the blades along a horizontal arc instead of a vertical one.
