The '''Fatal Crest''' is a [[Keyblade]] from ''[[Kingdom Hearts II]]''.  It is a prize received after beating the [[Goddess of Fate Cup]] at the [[Olympus Coliseum]].  The guard, chain and emblem are the symbol of the [[Underworld]]. The blade and teeth is a bony dragon head and neck, possibly representing the [[Hydra]].

The Fatal Crest's ability is [[Berserk Charge]]. This ability allows [[Sora]] to attack continuously. This means that Sora cannot cancel a combo, but must keep striking the enemy until it is complete. It also gives the largest magic bonus of any Keyblade (except for the [[Winner's Proof]], which is only avaiable in [[Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+]]), making it good for usage with [[Wisdom Form]].

The neck of the keyblade appears to be that of a skeletal dragon, of which still has life in some of it. The keychain is the "Ceberus cup" cup in a miniture version, relating to the fact that you get it from a cup.

The Fatal Crest is a Keyblade obtainable in Kingdom Hearts II by completing the Goddess of Fate Cup.
