Water, Watera, Waterga, and Waterza are a series of Magic in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts III. They allow the user to unleash water-based attacks at enemies.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Waterga is an Evolved command that deals Water damage and submerges the opponent's touch screen for 15 seconds.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Water, Watera, and Waterga are Magic spells that briefly surround the user in a barrier of water that protects them from enemy attacks before firing a projectile of water that homes in on the enemy, dealing Water damage. The blast radius varies depending on the tier used. Water consumes 11 MP, Watera 15 MP, and Waterga 22 MP. Repeatedly casting Waterga in battle can result in the Waterza Situation Command, which unleashes a stronger bubble that not only grants extended protection from attacks, but also explodes with a much larger radius when hitting a target. When used on a target that's beneath the surface, such as Shadows, Neoshadows, Dark Riku's Dark Biter, or Ansem, Seeker of Darkness's True Dark Bite, Water magic will cause the target to surface, or be destroyed if it cannot exist above the surface. Unlike other spells, Water magic can't be used while underwater.
