Blizzard Chip KHREC.png Blizzard +1, Blizzard +2, Blizzard +3 and Blizzard +4 are a series of stat chips that appear in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. When installed in the Stat Matrix, they increase the damage dealt by Blizzard-based attacks by a percentage, equivalent to the number stated in the chip's name. When installed between two active CPUs, their effects are doubled.

Obtaining Blizzard chips

Drops

  • Blizzard: Invisible (0.05%),[1] Angel Star (0.03%),[2] Eliminator (0.20%)[3]
    • The dropped chip has a 100% chance of being Blizzard +1 when the Eliminator is at level 29 or less, a 50% chance between level 30 and level 59, and a 30% chance at level 60 and above.
    • The dropped chip has a 30% chance of being Blizzard +2 when the Eliminator is between level 30 and level 59, and a 25% chance at level 60 and above.
    • The dropped chip has a 20% chance of being Blizzard +3 when the Eliminator is between level 30 and level 59, and a 25% chance at level 60 and above.
    • The dropped chip has a 20% chance of being Blizzard +4 when the Eliminator is at level 60 and above.

  1. ^ The Invisible drops a random stat chip 0.05% of the time if the difficulty is set to Critical Mode. The dropped chip may be any chip, excluding a Level Up, a Trophy Chip, a Blank Chip or a Lucky Strike.
