Aero +1, Aero +2, Aero +3 and Aero +4 are a series of stat chips that appear in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. When installed in the Stat Matrix, they increase the damage dealt by Aero-based attacks by a percentage, equivalent to the number stated in the chip's name. When installed between two active CPUs, their effects are doubled.
Obtaining Aero chips
- Data-Sora can obtain Aero +1 from a rare prize blox on Layer 03.
- Data-Sora can obtain Aero +1 from a rare prize blox at the Castle Gates.
- Data-Sora can purchase Aero +1 from Wonderland: Sector D for 2700 SP.
- Data-Sora can purchase Aero +1 from Agrabah: Sector E for 103000 SP.
- Data-Sora can purchase Aero +2 from Hollow Bastion I: Sector B starting from 51000 SP.
- Data-Sora can obtain Aero +3 from a rare prize blox in Lotus Forest (Hollow Bastion II.
- Data-Sora can obtain Aero +4 from a rare prize blox in Olympus Coliseum (Castle Oblivion).
- Data-Sora can purchase Aero +4 from the Avatar Sector starting from 30000 SP after clearing floor 60.
- Data-Sora can obtain an Aero chip as an enemy drop.
Drops
- Aero: Invisible (0.05%),[1] Angel Star (0.03%),[2] Eliminator (0.20%)[3]
- The dropped chip has a 100% chance of being Aero +1 when the Eliminator is at level 29 or less, a 50% chance between level 30 and level 59, and a 30% chance at level 60 and above.
- The dropped chip has a 30% chance of being Aero +2 when the Eliminator is between level 30 and level 59, and a 25% chance at level 60 and above.
- The dropped chip has a 20% chance of being Aero +3 when the Eliminator is between level 30 and level 59, and a 25% chance at level 60 and above.
- The dropped chip has a 20% chance of being Aero +4 when the Eliminator is at level 60 and above.
