Lesser Charge (アビリティリカバリ/アビリティリカバリランダム, Abiriti Rikabari/Abiriti Rikabari Randomu, lit. "Ability Recovery/Ability Recovery Random") and Greater Charge (アビリティリカバリホール, Abiriti Rikabari Hōru, lit. "Ability Recovery Whole") are techniques introduced in Kingdom Hearts Union χ.

In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Lesser Charge is a special attack that targets a single enemy or a random enemy, and costs 0 special attack gauges to perform. It provides the following effects:

• Fills 4 special attack gauges.
• (Lesser Charge +6 only) Raises the user's Upright-based strength by 3 tiers for 1 turn.

• Lesser Charge +5 is the special attack for Medals 654: Chip & Dale and 663: Iago (single target), and 956: 101 Dalmatians (random target).
• Lesser Charge +6 is the special attack for Medals 1224: Chip & Dale and 1228: Iago (single target), and 1276: 101 Dalmatians (random target).

• Greater Charge +5 is the special attack for Medal 621: Minnie & Daisy.
• Greater Charge +6 is the special attack for Medal 1225: Minnie & Daisy.
