Break Time (ブレイクタイム Bureiku Taimu?) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to heal HP and fill the Focus Gauge by pressing X at the right time when prompt,

  • If you get "Excellent", Double the normal amount is recovered.

Variations

Depending on who you play as, the animation will vary:

  • Terra will do hand-stand push ups.
  • Ventus will throw his Keyblade in the air and hand spin for a short period of time.
  • Aqua will twirl her Keyblade around her hand like a baton, ending with twirling it around her body.
