			Roxas sets devices in Halloween Town, Wonderland, Agrabah, and THAT'S IT! Xion's true form is really that Giant Monster fought in the 4th battle. As Xion morphs due to Sora's memories, she takes on that hooded form. Only when she has Sora's full memories is she turned into a black-haired Kairi. The 1st-3rd forms are "Build-Ups" from Xion's "Kairi Form" back to her normal "Monster Form".
