Shan-Yu is an enemy in Kingdom Hearts II, located in Land of Dragons. Hayabusa fights alongside him.
Strategies
Kingdom Hearts II
If the gates HP bar reaches 0, you automatically lose, so it's important to keep it as high as possible. Shan-Yu will summon Heartless to take down the gate. One important strategy is to keep him as far away from the gate as possible. One good way to fight him is to use the Reaction Commands. Use Guard to block his attack and hope for a ring of light to appear. When it does Sora and Shan-Yu's swords will clash initiating a test of strength. Use the Reaction Command Press to foce him out of the ring. Then use Takedown to push him back. When his HP gets low, his attacks become more ferocious. Keep beating him until he is beaten.
