The Play Arts Figures are a set of officially-licensed action figures for Kingdom Hearts, and are part of Square-Enix's much larger Play Arts Figures set. So far, three offical sets based on Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II have been released.

Series One Figures

Each figure is fully articulated and comes with one or two props related to the game, especially weapons. The figures were released as follows:

• 1. Sora, in his standard gear. Comes with the Kingdom Key.
• 2. Roxas, in his Virtual Twilight Town outfit. Comes with the Kingdom Key and Sea Salt Ice Cream
• 3. Kairi, in her school outfit from the Destiny Islands. Comes with her school bag.
• 4. Axel, in his standard Organization XIII outfit. Comes with two chakrams.

In addition, four special edition figures of Sora were released, one for each of his Drive Forms.

• Valor Form Sora, with the Fenrir and Fatal Crest Keyblades.
• Wisdom Form Sora, with the Follow the Wind Keyblade.
• Master Form Sora, with the Guardian Soul and Circle of Life Keyblades.
• Final Form Sora, with the Sleeping Lion and Hero's Crest Keyblades.

A fifth special edition figure from Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+, was released later:

• Limit Form Sora, with the Kingdom Key.

Play Arts Arms

In August 2008, a set of five extra Keyblades, called Play Arts Arms were released to go with the existing Play Arts Figures or to display separately. The collection includes:

• Oblivion
• Oathkeeper
• Wishing Lamp
• Ultima Weapon (Kingdom Hearts version)
• Ultima Weapon (Kingdom Hearts II version)

Series Two Figures

This series features characters in there original Kingdom Hearts designs, the released figures are as follows:

• 1. Sora in his standard outfit from the first game, with Kingdom Key.
• 2. Riku in his standard outfit from the first game, with Soul Eater.
• 3. King Mickey in his organization cloak, with the inverted Kingdom Key.

Series Three Figures

This set features more characters in the first Kingdom Hearts style. They are as follows:

• 1. Sora in his Halloween Town outfit, with the Pumpkinhead Keyblade.
• 2. Cloud Strife in his first outfit from Olympus Coliseum with the bandaged Buster Sword.
• 3. Sephiroth in his first outfit from Olympus Coliseum, with his Masamune.

Series Four Figures

This set has been revealed at Tokyo Expo in France. This set has gone back to featuring KH2 style characters. The only two (Currently un-painted) characters revealed are:

• Sora in his Christmas Town outfit from KH2FM, with the Decisive Pumpkin Keyblade.
• King Mickey in his standard outfit from KH2, with the inverted Kingdom Key.

Squareenix Product Play Arts

In the back of the instruction manual of Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories Squaresoft prdoucts company revealed a new line of play arts that would be released in December 2008 seperate from the Toby play arts. The line includes three redone characters that are fully posable.

• Sora in his original outfit with the Kingdom Key.
• Riku in his original Destiny Islands outfit with Soul Eater.
• King Mickey in his Black Cloak from the end of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II with Kingdom Key D.
