I wonder: should we do a template for the cups? Just wondering, as it cannot just list the bosses, y'know.

First off, don't use "Template:". Just code the template normally.
There does not need to be an "Olympus Coliseum" header to start the page. That's pointless.
I have said this so many gotdamn times: Anything that you have to do on a return visit should be handled as "when you return". The arbitrary splits into the cups and "optional bosses" on this page are unhelpful. No pages should have an "Optional boss" header.
A heavy spelling and grammar check is needed.
The sections for the cups should give explanation, where needed, on how to handle the minor enemies. See any walkthrough on gamefaqs or in the official guides for an example. The only templates needed should be boss templates, which should be tabbed (using the complete tabber coded as used on Avatar Menu or in the Enemy template) so that only one displays per cup. That's the format we agreed on for all the other "bosses in a row" in the games.
