Xion is not actually a member of the Organization, as was stated by Saix ("One of us? Count the seats. When have we ever been more than thirteen?"). This is why the Org's name remained "XIII". The reason she was referred to as the "fourteenth member" is because her true nature as a Replica and a "spare" Roxas was kept secret from the other members (dunno why, but that's what happened).

My understanding is that she is technically a Nobody, as Replica's may be considered types of Nobodies. I don't understand what you mean about Namine. She was kept against her will and used by the Organization; she was not in any way a member, unofficial or not. She was their prisoner. Yes, Xion was more of a member than Namine, but she still wasn't a member. Saix explicitly says so. She was more of a tool to them than anything else.

Saix is literally saying that she is not a member. It has nothing to do with how highly she was treated. Demyx wasn't treated highly, and he's a member. She was meant to replace Roxas if she "worked propely". You know the mission to eliminate the Orcus? That was part of it. Xion and Roxas were meant to fight each other and the winner was to stay in the Organization. In addition, in the Secret Reports Saix talks about the Organization "casting off Xion".

I already told you, the "Number XIV" thing was a cover up of Xion's true nature. Again, I don't know why they did that, but it explains why Luxord, Demyx, and other lower-ranking members didn't know about her true nature. That's why Organization XIII's name stayed "XIII".

That doesn't have anything to do with her being a member or not. I never said she wasn't important or affilated with the Organization, but that doesn't make her a member. Xehanort is important and affiliated with the Organization, as are the lesser Nobodies, Riku, and several other characters. And what records are you taling about?

Only people that the Organization allows access to the Secret Reports can write in/read them. Anyone could see them if the Organization wanted to, or if they didn't know about it. Xion has violated orders before (such as when she went to Castle Oblivion and discovered the secret of her creation). And if you bothered to read the secret reports, you would notice that not a single member aware of Xion's nature (Xemnas, Saix, Xigbar, Vexen, etc.) refer to her as a member. They call her a "puppet", "it", "toy", "Xion", plenty of things, but not "member". She is much more like Namine or, even better, the Riku Replica; a Nobody-type individual that the Organization created and used to further its purposes. A tool. The Riku Replica was never counted as a member, now was he?

On the Xehanort page, it was true, but we did not know if the Heartless were all that powerful. It is assumed so, but that is just specualtion, which is a big no- no. And on the Organization page, Lapis already explained above that Xion was not a member.

She was a puppet that Xemnas tryed to convince the Organization was real. As such, she is still not part of the Organization. Saying that would be like putting the Riku Replica on the Organziation page.

The section on Days in the Org XIII page could use some more content anyway. It barely says anything about the story, let alone anything about Xion.

From what I've seen all of your edits to the sections have been adding unecessary sub-headings. The reason the sections are typically organized by game is because, well, all of the events in the story take place in the games. Its just the most logical way to organize them.
