Game icons[edit]
As per the wiki's policy, reaffirmed at the Roundtable on June 6, 2014, please refrain from using the HD2 or KH3 game icons on any articles until their North American/European releases. Thank you. KeybladeSpyMaster 22:12, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I wasn't aware, sorry about that. Bob4894 (talk) 22:45, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
It's fine, don't worry about it, it's just so you know for future reference. KeybladeSpyMaster 22:46, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks! Bob4894 (talk) 22:48, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Just out of curiosity on the topic of those icons, is there a consensus on the order they should be in. I remember noticing it wasn't always consistent. Bob4894 (talk) 22:50, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
I believe it's by game release, not chronological order. KeybladeSpyMaster 23:05, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Yes I've noticed that, I probably should have been more specific. I've seen some pages have the coded/Re:coded icons before 358/2 Days and Birth by Sleep, using the original coded release date, but there are also others that use the Re:coded release date placing them after 358 and BbS. There also seems to be a similar discrepancy between Kingdom Hearts χ and HD 1.5 ReMIX. Bob4894 (talk) 23:33, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Hmmm...I hadn't notice that they switch which release date to use. I'm not sure which one it should be, in that case. KeybladeSpyMaster 23:45, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
Alright, well thanks anyway! Bob4894 (talk) 00:00, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
For sure, KHX should come before KHHD 1.5 ReMIX. I personally feel KHC/KHRe:C should be after KHBBS/KHBBSFM, but I do agree that I've seen many of them in the other order before. So, I'm not sure about the other part. KeybladeSpyMaster 00:05, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
I definitely agree on the coded front! I was just unsure with chi because it was released between the Japanese and North American release of 1.5. Bob4894 (talk) 01:59, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
We're an English Wiki. It stands to reason that we use the North American/European release. It's that same reasoning that leads me to believe that Kingdom Hearts coded/Kingdom Hearts Re:coded should be listed after Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep/Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, because Re:coded was released after Birth by Sleep KeybladeSpyMaster 02:04, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
Mhmm, makes sense to me! Bob4894 (talk) 02:09, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
