Its not weekend anymore. Its now just at random times when i have free time or i just wanna make a page. Now as i turned on my PS2 to play the game i realized this will be my 8th time doing the game. Took me about a week the first time and on a speed run it took about 3 days and 6 hours and 42.56 minutes but of course that's only in real-time not in-game time.
Sora

This is Sora the Keyblade's chosen one, hero of light and yadayada. Sora is the protagonist of the whole Kingdom Hearts series and is the main Main playable character of the games as so. In Kingdom Hearts Sora, Riku and Kairi were stuck on Destiny Island until they build a raft to escape but a storm broke down and the island was swallowed by darkness. Sora meets Donald and Goofy along with over a hundred other Disney and FF characters and sets on a journey to defeat the Heartless and find Riku and Kairi. In the end of it all he fights Riku multiple times, finds Kairi and seals the Keyholes of all the worlds and defeats Xehanort's Heartless. In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories after wandering into Castle Oblivion he fights his way trough all 13 floors and defeats the lord of the castle Marluxia and rescues Naminé and...that's how he ended up in that pod in the mansion. Now you may like Sora already and you may not well which ever is your choice your stuck with the guy for the WHOLE game. |
Donald Duck

As Donald is a member of the party he gets a box too. Donald is one of the two main party members and protagonist, Donald is the Royal Court Magician of Disney Castle which we will visit later. In Kingdom Hearts Donald along with Goofy set out to find "the key" and they're king. In Traverse Town they encounter Sora and join him on his quest. Donald is hot-tempered but good willed. In Chain of Memories he along with Sora wanders into Castle Oblivion and fights with Sora trough 13 floors and helps Sora defeat Marluxia, saves Naminé...and ends up in the pod. Basically he's just like in the cartoons but doesn't get all red and explodes. As a party member Donald has a nasty habit of dying A LOT cause of his low HP. He also has the tendency to use magic a lot and thus wasting his MP in an instant. For some reason Donald is always 1 level below Sora. Its a good thing Donald starts with the Cure spell in the beginning cause i hate the world where you get the spell so its gonna be put to good use. Donald's limits are rather useless (In my opinion), Comet is a big explosion of random sparkles that do little damage, the final attack can be a rather helpful juggle but it does little damage, Duck Flare is a bit more useful as the attacks are direct and flashy (its FIREWORKS for crying out loud) and again the last attack is a good juggle and deals decent damage but not worth having. So in general Donald is one of the few magic type party members (along with two others, one who does not appear in Kingdom Hearts II as a party member.).

Goofy

Goofy is the other half of the main party and protagonist. Goofy is the Captain of the Royal Knights of Disney Castle. In Kingdom Hearts Goofy along with Donald set out to find "the key" and they're king. In Traverse Town they encounter Sora and join him on his quest. In Chain of Memories he along with Sora wanders into Castle Oblivion and fights with Sora trough 13 floors and helps Sora defeat Marluxia, saves Naminé...and ends up in the pod. Goofy is kind, cheerful, calm and wise beyond his cartoon incarnation. As a Party member Goofy is a tank as he has high HP, Defense and has many support abilities. Unlike Donald you wont see Goofy getting knocked out many times and can also pack a punch with his physicals as he is pretty average in Strength. For some reason Goofy is always 1 level higher then Sora. Goofy has very useful Limits, one called Tornado Fusion that will probably net you in 400-500+ hits if you can pull it of in a decent crowd of enemies. Another called Teamwork is rather powerful, the final attack completely destroying everything that is on the screen within seconds. So in general Goofy is a defensive-support type party member and one of a handful of them and will be put to good use too. |
Forgotten treasure and even more freaks
Alright with that load of mess done lets get on with the game. There are many treasure chests around Twilight Town right now which you can get. There are so many I don't have the energy to tell you guys about them so just roam around Twilight Town for a few minutes and get the chests. Don't worry we will be back here again later so its alright not getting them all right now.
Anyway go to the Sandlot to start a little something...done..no............Alright now that its done here is the jest of it: Later in the game you will be able to challenge Hayner, Setzer and Seifer to struggle tournament but its nothing special just a mini-game with no reward or point other then beating Seifer's ass over and over again.
Now lets finally go to the station to meet the King.
And of course we get more freaks to fight of course. Now in this battle there is either a set amount of enemies you need to defeat or time limit I'm not sure but its not hard specially with Donald and Goofy at your side, you will most likely gain one or two more levels each in this battle.
The guys get tired quickly. Wow this game is full of Yoda's as both Vivi and the King are badasses around here. Oh and the king has a cool Keyblade that's a palette swap of Sora's Kingdom Key.
Alright before you board the train you can go back to town to get the last of the chests if you want. Also there are two or three inside the station.
