It does look more like one than many of his other weapons, but I've never seen any real claymores with a split blade like that. The Lunatic sort of looks like one too, save for the end of the blade. And neither of them have the right cross guard.

Lexicon? Cards? Shield? Lances? Scythe? They all look pretty close to me. I don't think we should limit their weapons to whether they look realy or not, though.
