Was it not you who was trying to make everything more advanced/witty? I personally think "This user is a fan of ________" is very boring. I honestly don't have time to edit or change templates | I know we're all busy in some way or another, but I honestly don't have time to edit or change templates the way that you guys do; I can't go and change a template every time I have an issue with it, so I'm just letting you know that the issue exists and needs fixing. That's why I mentioned the Destroyed Behemoth userbox. | ||

But with someone like Chernabog, or Maleficent, or anyone who has been devious altogether, if the line is tacky and I just can't think of a witty line, I keep things simple. Normally TSH chips in where he can think of a witty line, and I let him do it -- because he does a good job with it. But as you have seen with my stab with the Claude Frollo template....... By all means, focus on making the user boxes look wonderful like you've been doing; I can always add in lines from the in-game descriptions/journal entries myself, if I have to. What do you have against evil characters, exactly? Just because they are evil, that does not mean they should be exempt from higher-quality userboxes. For Frollo, as an example, you could always just say "This user is a righteous man." Nothing particularly dark about that line...}} | |||
