 First off, Chernabog's NOT a Heartless. Second of all, simply use Aeroga and Tinker Bell. Also bring in Elixirs and press the Triangle Button to bring Donald and Goofy towards you. Attack with the strongest Keyblade you have, which, unless you have Ultima Weapon, would be Oblivion.
