Untitled-1.png The table of contents automatically appears once 4 or more headings are on a page, but you can force it to appear by inserting the following coding where you want it to appear: 
{| align="left"
| __TOC__
|}

it will be left-aligned, unless you change 'align="left"' to 'align="right"' or 'align="center"'.
