Forum:Final Fantasy Characters you want to see in KHIII
So pretty simple, who from the Final Fantasy series do you want to see in Kingdom Hearts III?
I'm pretty sure that we'll see Rinoa Heartily, given that Leon received a letter from her at the end of KHII. I'd also like to see maybe Seifer, Fuu, Rai and Vivi more grown up and like what they are in their respective games - maybe they could join with Maleficent? I think it'd also be a good advancement of plot if Zack Fair returns (more Zack + Aqua?) and both he and Aerith die as they did in the Final Fantasy games.
New characters I want to see in KHIII: Vincent Valentine, Genesis Rhapsodos and Lightning New villains I want to see in KHIII: Garland, Ultimecia & Kefka, I don't know how, I just know that I want them to appear - Dissidia was amazing thanks to these guys.

I personally would like to see Final Fantasy IV characters. Particularly Cecil Harvey, Rosa Farrell, Kain Highwind, and Rydia, maybe Golbez too. I would also like to see Terra Branford from Final Fantasy VI, though given the fact that Kingdom Hearts has a main character named Terra, that might get a little weird unless the FF character was called by her Japanese name TIna. I don't think that it'd be hopeless for two Terras, I mean we also have a Riku and a Rikku, and while they're not spelled exactly the same they're pronounced the same. I think it could happen (Levi657 (talk) 03:04, 9 October 2015 (UTC))
- That's true. Although Rikku's name was never spoken aloud in KH2, unless you count a word bubble. Not to mention compared to the others from FF, they were extremely minor characters in the KH series. You did give me a funny thought though: Riku and Rikku are opposite genders, and so would Terra and Terra Branford. Blackchaos27 (talk) 04:28, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
I'd love to see Balthier and Fran from FFXII, although they'd probably have to censor Fran's outfit.

I'd like to see Jecht as an enemy in the Coliseum (or Mirage Arena or whatever), especially if he uses some of his Dissidia moves. TheSilentHero 17:33, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
I've had a list of FF characters that I want to see in KHIII for about a year. They are:
Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0. Though I own FF Type-0 HD, I don't own a PS4 yet. However, I have read about Ace's character and think he would make an interesting person for Sora and others to interact with.
Sazh Katzroy from Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2, & LRFFXIII. Sazh is a character full of potential for KH. Being the semi-serious and humorous guy that he is, he would guaruntee comedic situations, which I just can't get enough of.
Balthier from Final Fantasy XII. A Sky Pirate with a silver tongue and a bit of an ego, Balthier has style and charisma that can make for interesting and amusing encounters.
Kimahri Ronso from Final Fantasy X & X-2. The stoic blue-furred lance-user with a broken horn. Though quiet, he is noble and brave, and can add much to the table.
Seymour Guado from Final Fantasy X. KH is a bit lacking in FF villains. Seymour could easily give Sora a tough time, in battle and out. He could possibly have a meeting with and oppose Maleficent.
Shadow from Final Fantasy VI. Although I have never played any FF before X, after some reading, Shadow has become one of my favorite pre-X characters. With an interesting background and cool personality, I think he'd make a nice addition to the KH cast.
Bartz Klauser from Final Fantasy V. The easygoing free-spirit hero of his game. Bartz is a great deal like Sora, as well as Riku. Interactions between these three would be interesting.
Shinra from Final Fantasy X-2. The real whiz-kid who claims to know everything. With a knack for technology, perhaps he could be Cid's assistant or partner, most likely the latter.
Cecil Harvey from Final Fantasy IV. Another main protagonist that I've never met. This strong warrior's change from Dark Knight to Paladin fits in well with KH.
Laguna Loire from Final Fantasy VIII. Originally planned to man the Mirage Arena, Laguna was left out. If the Mirage Arena returns for whatever reason, I hope that Laguna is running the place.
Nine from Final Fantasy Type-0. The kid who views the world in black and white. Or perhaps darkness and light. Likes things to be uncomplicated, a visit from Riku and Mickey might change his outlook on things.
Jack from Final Fantasy Type-0. A class clown if there ever was one. Similar to Sora in some ways. Similar to others in other ways.
