It's, as many have said, merely a replica of the Disney Bosses template, which means any article that features both templates is automatically redundant. We'll have to scan each Disney Villain article and remove the template before (or, I guess, after) the deletion.

I remember there being a previous discussion about this and the community decided to keep it. The Disney Villains template goes for the character's pages, while the Disney Bosses template goes for the corresponding Boss page, for example, Maleficent would have the Disney Villain template, while Maleficent (Boss) and Maleficent (Dragon) would have the Disney Boss template.
