Universe of Kingdom Hearts: Difference between revisions

The '''Realm of Darkness''' is a realm made up of Darkness in people in every world. As with the Realm of Light, this realm has a Keyblade, [[Kingdom Key D]], which chose King Mickey as its wielder. Kingdom Hearts is found here. This is where the most powerful Heartless can be found, as this is also the home of all the Heartless. Aqua ended up trapped here after saving [[Terra-Xehanort]] from falling into the darkness. For over more than a decade, she spent all this time looking for a way back to the Realm of Light in ''Birth by Sleep''. Ansem the Wise ended up here as well, right after his Encoder exploded in ''II''.

 

 

The '''Sleeping Worlds''' are worlds submerged in sleep. They were created following the defeat of Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, as a portion of the worlds that was attacked by the Heartless remain submerged in sleep. Because this created barriers not even the Heartless could penetrate, darkness took a new form in the Sleeping Worlds, known as the [[Dream Eater]]s. The only way to awaken these worlds is to find the Keyholes they each have and unlock them, allowing them to go back to the Realm of Light. Even after the worlds are sent back, copies of them remain in this Realm.
