Oogie's Manor can also be classified as a Heartless, the reason why is because it was created and is controlled by Shadow Globs - which are a type of Heartless. It is said to have been made from Oogie's darkness - which manifests as Shadow Globs (a type of pureblood heartless). Also the manor can summon Heartless, something which the original Oogie could not do since he did not have a heart.
