Payback Surge is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to counterattack by lunging forward cloaked in a barrier after being knocked back into the air by an enemy's attack.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Payback Surge is a Reprisal command that has a maximum level of 4 and fills the Command Gauge by 30%. It can be used exclusively by Aqua, and is performed by pressing after being knocked back into the air. Aqua is invincible while using Payback Surge.
Learning Payback Surge[edit]
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep[edit]
- Aqua can create Payback Surge through Command Melding.
- Aqua can obtain Payback Surge from a chest in the Cottage Clearing.
- Aqua can purchase Payback Surge from the Command Shop for 1400 munny once four worlds are cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
Recipes[edit]
Payback Surge is a Reprisal command that can be melded through two different recipes, listed in the Action Recipe.
