Rising Blast (ブラストアッパー Burasuto Appā, lit. "Blast Upper") is an ability in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to knock enemies away and then blast them with a projectile.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts III, Rising Blast is an action ability exclusive to the Magic Launcher and Hunny Launcher Formchanges. It is both forms' combo finisher. Hunny Launcher's version can inflict a -2% slowdown honey status effect upon hitting the enemy.
