Never Land (ability)
This article is about Peter Pan's limit. You may be looking for the world. |
Neverland (ネバーランド ) is a limit that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. Together, Sora and Peter Pan drift through the air and seize enemies.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts II, Neverland is a limit exclusive to Peter Pan. After activation, Tinker Bell taps Sora's nose playfully and images of locations in Neverland display across the screen. Then, two attacks can cause the duo to seize an enemy and drag it through the air briefly; Tiny Fairy (小さな妖精 ) overwrites the Attack slot, while The Flying Boy is triggered as a Reaction Command. Both commands are largely similar although the former deals more damage and blows other enemies away, while the latter drags the enemy for a longer time, which deals weaker but constant damage. After several attacks, the finisher, Journey's End (旅の終わり ), becomes available, in which enemies are damaged as an image of Sora sealing Neverland's Keyhole is shown. When the limit is active, Sora can fly freely, moving up and down with the right analog stick. The limit can be cancelled early through the Stop (やめる Yameru ) command in the Limit slot.
