TheFifteenthMember Yes. You're creepy. I can't say we'll miss you while you're gone, so it'd be best if you did go. We all win that way. — TheFifteenthMember 20:03, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

Today, it's been argued that the monthly roundtable should be disbanded due to a lack of activity over the last few months. The problems are:
- Lack of users, due to busy schedules and what-not. Some users on different timezones are immediately cut off from discussion and few admins attend roundtables. Often, roundtables must be cancelled or postponed.
- Even when roundtables occur, little is decided as we must often need to concur with the wider wiki or the people present do not have any opinion on the particular topic (while absent members do).
Instead of the roundtable, we want to go back to a forum focus, where issues are posted and solved in a natural flow. Rather than piling it all up to discuss once a month, they can be posted as they arise. Every user will have time to articulate responses in a more flexible way, where they can respond at any empty time in their schedule. Another benefit is more activity will occur on the recent changes, making the wiki more appealing to newcomers and visitors, who'll hopefully see more bustling activity.
If an IRC meeting is needed for a sensitive or private topic matter, they can always be organised as the need calls for it.
What does everyone think of this? (To note, the people present who discussed this on the IRC were KSM, TheSilentHero, Riku and me.)
