Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png So, as we determined during the Operation: Keychain discussion last Friday, we're going to open here in forum a discussion on a name for The Greater Wiki (the all-powerful, yet semi-non-existent force/wiki that binds us, The Keyhole, and the Kingdom Hearts Fanon Wiki together), because "The Greater Wiki" is a little clunky and non-unique. There's really no qualifications for this other than it has to be Kingdom Hearts-related and appropriate. There's something to keep in mind, and that's that while a good name for this Greater Wiki would be "The Kingdom Hearts Wiki", if we go that route, we'll need a new name for this wiki (khwiki.com), which isn't really too bad, but I think we'll prefer not to do that. So, with that, go! Throw your best, most creative ideas for "The Greater Wiki"'s true name!

Some of my own ideas:

  • Kingdom Hearts Compendium
  • Kingdom Hearts Compilation
  • Kingdom Hearts Conglomeration
  • Kingdom Hearts Archives
  • Kingdom Hearts Mementos
  • Kingdom Hearts Reports
  • Kingdom Hearts Chronicle

Don't know why so many start with "C"... Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png

How about Kingdom Hearts unity, or trinity? RikutheBloody 00:30, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Archives would be good, or we could change this site to "Jiminy's Journal"."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 01:03, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
Archives also sounds good to me. Xion4ever 01:18, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

I agree with everyone else on Archives. Also, would you like me to spread the voice to Keyhole so they also get a say on this? Unversedlogo.pngDraaek the Blazing Dragon of LightUnversedlogo.png 02:53, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Draaek, yes for sure! Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.pngKeybladeSpyMaster Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png 02:55, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

I would like something with "trinity", since it's a recurring theme in the series and we are with three sites. And if everyone likes Archives, why don't we name it the "Trinity Archives"? TheSilentHero 12:35, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

As long as it has Trinity in it's name, I'm okay with it. RikutheBloody 12:43, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

I have a personal preference to names short and snappy, rather than those that are drawn out. "Kingdom Hearts Trinity" would've been the best for me, but we're going to actually be four sites (plus KHW Answers) so it doesn't work unfortunately. I would like a name that shows the bond between the wikis though, like Trinity would've done. *pounds head* Think, think, think... TheFifteenthMember 17:10, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
I personally like "Kingdom Hearts Compendium or something along those lines. The subtle alliteration sounds good to me. Cliché as it sounds, we could always do something like "The Kingdom Hearts Universe," an all-encompassing title that could cover anything from an encyclopedia like us to whatever the Keyhole is to the fanon aspects of KH. It also allows readers/visitors to our sites to clearly see/tell what we are about, rather than giving them the run-around with obscure titles that take a simple name from one of the games ("Jiminy's Journal," "Trinity Archives," etc.). The reason I oppose using terms like "Archives" is that suggests something "old" and "already done" to me, not something fresh, new, and still alive and well to this day. - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 19:25, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

I agree with ENX about the "Archives". Using ENX's second suggestion, I propose "The Kingdom Hearts Wikiverse". It explains that we're a group of bonded wikis on the subject of Kingdom Hearts. It might be corny, but I love sweetcorn and tortilla chips. TheFifteenthMember 19:47, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
