- Aqua can create Ice Barrage through Command Melding.
- Aqua can acquire Ice Barrage from a chest found in the Dungeon, located on a southeast platform. High Jump is required.
- Aqua can purchase Ice Barrage from the Moogle Shop for 1800 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance
- Riku can obtain Ice Barrage in the Snowgleam Wood in Symphony of Sorcery.
