Adamantite
Adamantite (アダマンタイト Adamantaito) is an item used for panel synthesis in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It is used in creating a number of Ability Panels and high-level Ring Panels. It is similar in shape to a diamond.
Design
Adamantite crystal are represented by cyan jewels. It has a Gem material structure.
"Adamantite" is a variation on the word "adamant", which describes a hard substance, often a diamond or metal. Fittingly, this material is often used to synthesize Ring Panels with high defense and elemental resistance.
Drops
In Mission 89, Adamantite has a 50% chance of being dropped from the Stalwart Blade Heartless, and a 20% chance of being dropped from the Poison Plant. Once the player reaches Agent Rank, Adamantite is available for 5000 Heart Points per gem for infinite purchases in the Moogle Shop. During missions 82 and 90, it is hidden in treasure chests. Adamantite is awarded as a Clear Bonus in missions 74 and 79. Talking to Xaldin on Day 354 in the Grey Area will reward you with an Adamantite. The player can redeem 180 Mission Crowns in the Moogle Shop for an Adamantite.
