Friend Card
A Friend Card in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories summons a friend of Sora's to help him in a battle.
Friend Cards only appear in a battle and disappear once they are used or when the battle is over. As certain friends are world-specific - for example, Peter Pan is only in Neverland - certain Friend Cards are limited to only appearing in the world where the friend comes from.
Like all the rest of the cards used in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Friend Cards are numbered from 0 to 9 with the 0 numbered card given the ability to card-break any of the opponent's cards in play during a battle.
Additionally, like Attack Cards and Magic Cards, Friend Cards can be stacked/stocked up to three cards and the resulting in-play combinations can give way to new abilities. For example: Stacking and putting into play 2 or even 3 Goofy cards at once results in an ability of Goofy's called Goofy Tornado where Goofy whirls around and around all over the screen like a tornado, knocking enemies out. Goofy as a single card simply rushes at an enemy headlong (in Re:Chain of Memories, it is a shortened version of Goofy Tornado), and stocking up one Goofy card and one Attack card results in a Goofy Charge.
