Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts is the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It is the second secret ending in the series to use both engine-style graphics and voice acting, the first being Blank Points, the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Interestingly, both of these secret endings conclude with the phrase "Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts".

Synopsis

File:Master Xehanort Re Coded.png
Master Xehanort appears behind Yen Sid as he discusses how the Keyblade Master's rebirth is possible to King Mickey

King Mickey and Yen Sid are seen mid-conversation in the Sorcerer's Chamber of the Mysterious Tower. Mickey mentions the location of Ventus's heart is now known, and Yen Sid concludes that all that remains for them to do is find Terra's heart. Yen Sid then proceeds to tell Mickey he wonders what Xehanort's next actions will be. The King puzzled as to how Xehanort could take any actions whatsoever, Yen Sid explains to him that since Xehanort's Heartless, Ansem, and Nobody, Xemnas, were both destroyed, the two would join together to recreate the true Xehanort, allowing Master Xehanort to rise again. King Mickey, greatly shocked by this news, tells Yen Sid they have nothing to fear, as he, Sora, and Riku will be there. Yen Sid explains that another Master will be needed because Xehanort may not be alone, and orders the King to bring Sora and Riku before him so that they may hold a Mark of Mastery Exam.
