I've been stalking reviewing the upload log and ran across a few .gif "images." I haven't seen any discussion against using .gif images, meaning its safe to assume that we plan on keeping them. If we plan to keep the images what will be the categorization and licensing? Most .gif images do not have categories or licensing, while ones that do vary between other .gif licenses/categories. I've created a test edit here for discussion. Note: It is a test edit and should be treated as such. Both licensing and categorization were guesses. If I was wrong in either section please correct/say so. However, should they be right I'll add them to other .gif images. Marluxia's dynamic entrance (ReCoM) Ursula (delete?) Riku defeated by Axel (CoM/delete?) Sephiroth vs. Cloud (CoM sprites dressed in KH II attire/delete?) Larxene floating (CoM/delete?) Sora using Aerial Recovery (KH II) Roxas using Synch Blade (KH II) DELETE. Reason: Not being used/duplicate/way too fast Sora using Strike Raid (KH) Sora using Dodge Roll (ReCoM) DELETE. Reason: Not being used/duplicate/way too fast After reviewing the entire list I saw a few examples for licensing/categorizing, but a confirmed statement to clarify everything would be great. TALK - Here's your cat...and here's your $20...22:55, May 18, 2010 (UTC) I don't mind animated gifs so long as they load in a decent amount of time and they're there for a good reason. If they're too big, though, they can cause pages to take forever to show up. Maybe we should set some kind of size limit, dimensional and space-wise, as well as an amount per page?

It doesn't happen to me, at least not in any page with a gif that I've seen Edit:Also those are not all the GIFs there are other like: File:Soraavatar.gif File:Roxas-Awakening.gif File:RIKUREPLICAMODE.gif And I guess that there are other but I'm not sure
