Ventus appears as a mini-boss in at the Land of Departure in Terra's storyline. In Aqua's storyline, he also appear as a mini-boss, and is fought under Vanitas's possession in the Keyblade Graveyard. Mickey Mouse helps Aqua fight him while the young Ventus wields the X-Blade under Vanitas's influence.
